This is an alcohol-free gathering to connect with others in a safe space in which to discuss personal life issues. During this get-together, we will share our experiences using various coping mechanisms in the face of adversity, and how they have worked for or against us. Examples include:
- deep breathing
- prescription drugs
Over snacks and tea, we can support or find support with others during difficult times by sharing what we have learned through our own life experiences and secular readings.
All attendees should expect confidentiality, use of kind language, and respect of personal belief systems.
